  • Organize & facilitate pick-up of items for donation

  • Compile comprehensive inventory reports for fine arts, collectibles and/or jewelry & arrange for appraisals of items.

  • Set up & maintain bill-paying systems

  • Prepare checks for client signature

  • Audit & reconcile bank accounts

  • Review/confirm accuracy of credit card statements and investment reports

  • Monitor cash flow & track expenses

  • Prepare/make bank deposits

  • Identify, research & resolve billing errors

  • Provide help in opening and/or closing financial or credit card accounts.

Money Management
  • Review doctor and/or hospital bills to confirm accuracy of charges and assignment of proper insurance coverage

  • Submit/track status of insurance claims

  • Serve as patient advocate in researching pending payments and appealing incorrect/incomplete resolution or denial of claims
